The Ozmist Food Hot & Cold Chamber is a wide-range temperature-only environmental test chamber for thermal-cycling reliability studies, low-temperature electronics evaluation, elastomer brittleness testing, and temperature-shock characterisation. Working range –40°C to +180°C (–70°C variant available) with programmable ramp rates up to 8 K/min. Cascade refrigerant cooling with hot-gas defrost, resistive heating, and PID + adaptive-tuning temperature control deliver ±0.5°C stability. Compliance to IEC 60068-2-1 (cold), 60068-2-2 (dry heat), and 60068-2-14 (change of temperature) is built into pre-loaded recipes. Standard volumes 100 L, 250 L, 500 L, 1000 L. Manufactured at Ozmist’s Greater Noida facility with NABL-traceable calibration and IQ/OQ documentation on request.

IEC 60068-2-14 test Na (rapid change) and Nb (gradual change) subject products to alternating hot and cold conditions to reveal solder joint fatigue, differential thermal expansion damage, and hermetic seal failures.
